While peacefully watching the sunset at Mobar beach, a group of glittery peddlers noticed our whiteness gleaming on the beach and bee-lined over to try and make a sale. I no more than said a quick hello and they plopped down their bags and setup shop spreading afghans on the sand and pulling out loads of jewelry and other trinkets.

I know what a drag beach vendors can be. On the other hand, the women in the top photo are tribals from the hills of Rajasthan. They dress like that for everyday work, which is pretty amazing.
